2010 Remarkable Women

The Boulder County Business Report held the inaugural Remarkable Women event in late April. The event recognized the accomplishments of 12 women in 11 categories. The BCBR staff selected the winners from approximately 100 nominations. We were contracted to produced individual interviews with each winner and provide a DVD and digital files to be played during the event, and used on the BCBR Facebook video page – http://goo.gl/fbsS

SRAM Tour of the Gila

Silver City, NM hosts the “biggest little bike race in America” in late April. This year was the 24th edition of the race and SRAM stepped in as the title sponsor. We were brought along to document the event and provide video material for The Road Diaries blog / social media channel. Gubna Imperial IPA

Oskar Blues Brewery recently added a new high octane beer to their family. The 10% ABV 100IBU beer is called the Gubna Imperial IPA. We produced a short form video on the day the beer was canned and officially released. Oskar Blues used this video in their online marketing campaign to get the word out about this new brew in their arsenal.

30-Second TV Commercials

Over the last few months we have produced a handful of commercials intended for TV broadcast. Each client also chose to use the ad online for additional exposure whether it was placed on their website, Facebook page or uploaded to their YouTube account.

Live Video Broadcasts

Since the beginning of 2010 we have been getting back into the live video game and have successfully broadcast a handful of events including the monthly Boulder New Tech Meetup. Our renewed interest in live broadcasting is due to faster broadband and new tools available that make the end user experience a very good one. We were turned on to the new Ustream Producer software, which allows the broadcaster to easily prep graphics in advance and mix a variety of audio, video and graphics on the fly during the live event.

We have more live events scheduled over the next couple of months and are now offering live video broadcasting as a service to companies looking to reach larger audiences and a way for people to participate without having to be present at the location of the meeting or event. This service can be used for internal company communications or external broadcasts to the general public.

DigitalGlobe Tradeshow Video

OnSight Media was contracted to produce a video for DigitalGlobe to be displayed at a recent tradeshow.Â The goal of the video was to showcase their satellite imagery, tell the story of the company and describe their product offerings.Â The total length of the video is 7-minutes and it was set to loop in their booth on a large quad-screen video display.

Custom video for tradeshows is becoming more common and this project emphasizes our ability to create a custom video solution based on unique customer requirements.
